Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, once an order has shipped, I am unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. 

If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping, or have any questions, please contact me immediately at essu.care@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
